Store Pick up

After we verify that the order has been paid, the customer will receive an email pick-up notification message within approximately two working days.

After receiving, you can go to the store to show the pick-up message to the store clerk to pick up the goods.

Please be sure to go to the store to pick up the goods after receiving the message, and you must show the pick-up message at the store!

If you fail to accept the relevant message due to the incorrect email address, our store will not be responsible.

An order must be picked up within 30 days after ; any unclaimed order will be cancelled and discarded without further notice. 

Hong Kong & Macau

Hong Kong and Macau will use CXC Express to deliver goods.

Hong Kong Shipping fee

You can have a free shipping offer since the order amount is over HKD499.

After the order amount is discounted if it is less than HKD499, the shipping fee is HK$36.

Macau Shipping fee

You can have a free shipping offer since the order amount is over HKD799.

After the order amount is discounted if it is less than HKD799, the shipping fee is HK$42.

Delivery Area

It is including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories ,Macau Peninsula, Taipa, Cotai, and Coloane.

There is no door-to-door delivery service in designated areas, including South Lantau Island (except Tung Chung) / Discovery Bay / Cheung Chau / Peng Chau / Lamma Island, you need to choose to forward to the post office / SF Locker / SF Service Partner.

We are not providing delivery in somewhere as below : Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O, Siu Ho Bay and Po Toi Island.

Do not use a PO Box as a shipping address.
Each order can only be sent to one address. To ship items to different addresses, please place separate orders for different addresses.

Delivery Time

After confirming the payment is successful, the general order usually takes 1-3 working days to process and send.

In normal, products will be arrived the delivery address within 1-3 working days. But it needs more than 2-3 days to arrive that is remote areas.

Delivery service is not available on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Cargo Tracking/Change of Address
After the goods are shipped, you can check the waybill number in "My Account>Orders>Details".
If you need to change the address, please contact CXC Express to make another arrangement. Additional costs incurred must be paid by yourselves.
If you fails to receive the package due to personal reasons, please contact CXC Express.

If the shipment fails to deliver repeatedly, your order may be canceled and the company may not issue a refund.
