We reserve the right not to accept returns or replacement for any reason
Exchanges
When you receive the package, and you found that the goods are not ordered by you
theamount is wrong, please send an email by cs@godwell.com.hk, we will solve it
immediately within 5 working days.

We are going to exchange product with free of charge to you if found that this is due
to our company's error.
In advance to doing exchange, please keep and return the contents of all the
packaging and ensure that all packaging is returned in good condition.
If customer did not do the application for returning the goods within 5 working days,
we do not have to assume and legal responsibility and will not arrange any return
or exchange any goods.
Refund
If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will refund it to your payment account,
the refund will take approximately 30 working days.
Please note that the time required for a refund to your account, it is depending on
the issuing bank.
